Bara Electrical was very disappointing. I would recommending AVOIDING this company.
They attended a property in Rivervale to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. The quote was $545.00 (which is a 400% markup). Obviously, the quote was rejected. They then forcefully charged $99.00 because their ridiculous quote was not accepted.
To any customers looking for an Electrician in Perth, be careful in selecting an honest and reasonable electrician who does not take advantage of clients.

Very approachable if you have any queries, absolutely thorough, always courteous when using facilities. After installing our Air Con earlier than scheduled I asked if they could additionally install outdoor power outlets, which they did in a fraction of time.

From Start to finish, the work and service was exceptional. Both Callum and Jayson where on time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and where very efficient. The job was completed earlier then expected, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean, tidy and working before they left. Even the office staff (Rhiannon and George), where friendly and helpful at the time of the booking, quoting and organising of the job, parts and supply's. Our job started small, and as we noted items needing to be changed, or upgraded, Ash from Bara Electrical was able to assist us very promptly meaning we could keep to our tight schedule. All work quoted came in on budget with no nasty surprises. Staff left our rental property clean and were very pleasant to deal with.

We have experienced a horrifying incident resulting from this company’s installation of new rangehood exhaust in our kitchen. The whole rangehood exhaust had fell off the wall shattering glass pieces, kitchen items all over the kitchen leaving all the family members distressed, it could have been disastrous had our daughter who was within few meters distance was any closer. Although organised by Property Agent, we dealt directly with this company to have this rectified, and in the process found out the original installation was not carried out thoroughly with the range hood system not bolted with the right size bolts. Even though it was fixed and later a small compensation was offered for our misery which doesn’t even cover our eating out expenses while this is fixed, the whole experience is very unprofessional, and we will personally not engage this company for any jobs.

We had George from Bara Electrical to come install the new stove and cook top. The service we received was of the highest quality. George was very courteous, friendly, tidy, attentive to detail and willing to go an extra mile.
He was the one to notice that the new stove is damaged and promptly communicated with all the relevant parties to resolve the issue for us. He was very proactive and also contacted us to follow up and make sure that the issue is being resolved.
The office personnel maintained timely communication and was very friendly and helpful.
I am very satisfied and cannot recommend the company highly enough.

George from Bara Electrical and Services was fantastic. We had an issue with a crackling power point on a Saturday, I called George after calling 4 other electricians with no luck/call back.
George called me back within about a minute of me leaving a voicemail message, said he'd be about an hour but turned up within 45 minutes which was fantastic - I was just pumped to have received a call back 👍 I also received a text message to say he was 20 minutes away.
George was really fast in finding the issue and changing out the power point. Will definitely call Bara Electrical and Services again should we need anything else, great service all round.
